Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rustic Bling, we take pride in creating custom balloon designs tailored specifically to your event. Because each installation is made-to-order and requires advance planning materials, and scheduling, we have the following police in place:

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Partial payments (excluding the deposit) may be eligible for a refund only if cancellation or rescheduling is requested within 3 days of the scheduled event date.
Requests made after this timeframe will not qualify for any refund.
Due to the custom nature of balloon designs and event decor, materials are purchased and time is reserved specifically for each client once a booking is confirmed. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for last-minute cancellations, weather-related issues, or client no-shows.
If Rustic Bling is unable to fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a refund will be issued for payments made, excluding the deposit unless otherwise stated.
Rustic Bling is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather, or client-provided information errors. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on color shades, minor design variations, or placement adjustments once installation is complete.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.

Rescheduling

The Client has the freedom to reschedule the installation with a written 7 (seven) day notice. The Client may reschedule for any date within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of Rustic Bling, without being charged a cancellation fee. The reschedule date is subject to availability. If we are unavailable, the below cancellation policies and fees will apply. We suggest that if the Client needs to reschedule, they include the preferred date to reschedule as well as a second choice, in the event that the first choice is unavailable.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will forfeit the non-refundable retainer but will not owe the remaining balance.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are responsible for the full contracted amount due to materials already purchased and scheduling commitments.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
